Obsessed: An Eclectic Gallery Wall

Picture framing photos has always been a personable thing. In the past, most people focused on just displaying family photos but now the trend is to mix and match. What makes a gallery wall so exciting is that you get to use personable things like prints, posters, sketches, drawings and photographers.

Essentially, nothing is off limit.

The idea is that collectively all the framed work creates a visual statement as opposed to having an individual isolated image. Therefore, the more the merrier.

Size matters, well in the case of creating a gallery wall. Having a wide range of sizes helps to create visual interests. Small frames can be used to help eliminate small awkward spaces, while larger sized frames can help ground the overall composition.
